Fundraising Opportunities For Your School Group!

On Mondays during the off season when we are normally closed, our store is available to school organizations to help with fundraising activities. We'll open our store to your organization, you provide the staff to scoop and serve for three hours, and your group will earn 20% of that night's sales.

How great is that?

We normally only run these events between November 1st and March 1st, and we limit the number of dates we'll do this to 13 Mondays. (But we're not really big on "rules", so if you have another date that you want to try this on, don't be afraid to contact us to see if we can do something!) So get your requests in fast, as once all of the days are booked, we'll stop accepting new applications.

Your group is responsible for submitting the application, which includes getting permission from your school principal, for promoting the event at your school, and for providing enough volunteer help to run the event. You need to have an adult advisor who will agree to help coordinate the event beforehand, and to be onsite for the duration of the event.

We'll provide enough "Professional Scoopers" from our serving team to assist with any difficult orders, and we'll provide your volunteers with a short pre-event training so that they're comfortable filling the simpler orders.

Dates are available on a first come, first served basis, so don't delay in getting your application in!
