The popularity of our various flavors is interesting to watch. I love swapping lists with other ice cream stands in other parts of the country to see how tastes vary across the nation. It's also interesting to see how our flavors change in popularity from year to year. (You can view the 2003 rankings here.)

A few thoughts on the rankings:

Vanilla and Chocolate are so popular because they're used in so many of the sundaes and frappes that we make.
Several of the flavors (e.g., Cake Batter, Strawberry Cheesecake, Apple Pie) might have ended up higher on the list if we had offered them as part of our regular lineup from the start. Like last year, now that we've seen how popular they are, you can bet we'll keep them in stock in 2005!
A bunch of the lower ranked flavors were done as tests as part of our "flavor of the week" offerings.
